PlusOne Concierge is companionship, never dating and never an intimacy service. A booking is for respectful conversation and social company at a cafe, event, gathering or city outing. Physical or sexual contact is not part of the service under any circumstance.
Clear boundaries protect everyone. You may end an outing at any moment if you feel uncomfortable; you never owe an explanation, continued conversation or extra time.
A companion who suggests otherwise is acting outside our service. End the meeting, move toward venue staff or another safe area, and contact PlusOne support immediately.
A rigorous vetting process
We reject approximately 90% of companion applicants. Presentation alone is never enough: every shortlisted gentleman must complete identity and document checks using Aadhaar and PAN, followed by a personal interview focused on conduct, communication, discretion and respect for boundaries.
Approval is not permanent entitlement. We review feedback and reported concerns continuously, and may pause or remove a companion whenever our standards are not met.
Verification reduces risk; it does not remove the need for ordinary personal-safety judgment. Keep your own transport, phone and trusted contacts available throughout every outing.
Public venues only
All meetings must begin, continue and end at a reputed public venue or organised event in Lucknow—such as a recognised cafe, restaurant, gallery or ticketed gathering. Choose a place with staff, lighting, other guests and reliable mobile connectivity.
Companions are prohibited from meeting in hotel rooms, residences, private rooms, isolated locations or vehicles used as a private meeting space. Neither party may pressure the other to change the agreed venue.
Arrive and leave independently. Do not share a home address, accommodation details, financial credentials or unnecessary personal information.
Real-time support
Our team actively monitors the WhatsApp support channel associated with your booking during the outing window. Use it for a check-in, a change of plan or any concern—small or urgent. We would always rather hear from you early.
Our SOS protocol prioritises immediate contact, confirming your location and guiding you toward venue security or emergency services as the situation requires. For imminent danger, call India’s emergency number 112 first, then alert PlusOne.
Before leaving, charge your phone, enable location services, save the booking support chat and tell a trusted person where you will be.
Zero tolerance for misconduct
Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, stalking, coercion, intoxicated misconduct, non-consensual contact, threats, extortion and attempts to move a meeting into a private setting are strictly prohibited. This standard applies equally to clients and companions.
We may immediately suspend or permanently ban any person involved in a credible safety concern. Where conduct may be unlawful, we may preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
